Honored to Be Named One of Livingston County's Top Agents Under 40 for 2026
Receiving the honor of being recognized as one of Livingston County's Top Agents Under 40 for 2026 is something I genuinely appreciate. Awards are never the reason I got into real estate, but being recognized by colleagues, clients, and members of the community is incredibly meaningful because it reflects something far more important than sales numbers—it reflects trust.
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make. It deserves more than simply placing a sign in the yard or opening a few doors during a showing. It deserves careful planning, honest communication, strategic marketing, and someone willing to advocate for their clients from the first conversation through closing day.
That has always been my philosophy.
Every client deserves the same level of attention, whether they're purchasing their very first home, upgrading to their forever home, downsizing after retirement, or investing in land throughout Southeast Michigan.
Being selected as one of Livingston County's Top Agents Under 40 reinforces that commitment and motivates me to continue raising the standard of service for every client I represent.
Real Estate Is About People, Not Properties
When people ask what I enjoy most about being a REALTOR®, my answer is simple: it's the people.
Homes are important, but they're really just the backdrop to life's biggest moments.
I've worked with first-time buyers who were handed the keys to their very first home after months of searching. I've helped growing families find properties with more room for children to play. I've assisted sellers preparing to begin a new chapter after decades in the same home. I've helped clients navigate estate sales, investment opportunities, and difficult transitions where experience and communication mattered just as much as market knowledge.
Every transaction is different because every family has a different story.
That is why I never believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
Instead, I spend time understanding each client's goals, concerns, timeline, and priorities before building a strategy specifically designed for them.
Why Livingston County Is Such a Special Place
One of the greatest parts of my career is helping people discover everything Livingston County has to offer.
Whether it's the vibrant downtown restaurants in Brighton, the historic charm of Howell, the quiet neighborhoods of Hartland, the beautiful lakes throughout Green Oak Township, or the growing communities surrounding South Lyon, Livingston County truly offers something for everyone.
Many buyers relocating to the area are looking for more than just a house.
They're looking for:
Better schools
Outdoor recreation
Waterfront living
Acreage
Walkable downtowns
Family-friendly neighborhoods
Short commutes
A stronger sense of community
Livingston County continues to attract buyers because it provides all of those opportunities while maintaining the character that makes each community unique.
Helping buyers understand those differences is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
Marketing Homes Differently
Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, my professional career was built around marketing.
That experience fundamentally changed the way I approach selling homes.
Every property deserves its own customized marketing strategy—not simply a listing in the MLS.
Professional photography, video, aerial imagery, compelling storytelling, social media advertising, digital marketing, pricing analysis, and targeted exposure all play a role in attracting the right buyers.
Just as important is preparing a home before it ever reaches the market.
Sometimes small cosmetic improvements, fresh paint, updated landscaping, staging, or minor repairs can dramatically improve buyer perception and increase overall value.
I've worked alongside homeowners to coordinate contractors, recommend improvements, and develop marketing plans that position their homes to stand out in today's competitive market.
My goal is simple:
Help sellers maximize their return while minimizing unnecessary stress.
Building Relationships Instead of Transactions
One thing I've learned throughout my career is that relationships always matter more than transactions.
Some of the best compliments I've received have nothing to do with negotiating price.
Instead, clients tell me they appreciated:
Honest communication
Prompt responses
Professional guidance
Clear expectations
Problem-solving during unexpected challenges
Feeling supported throughout the process
Real estate transactions rarely go exactly according to plan.
Inspection issues arise.
Appraisals create questions.
Title work uncovers surprises.
Financing requires additional documentation.
These moments are where experience matters.
Rather than reacting emotionally, I believe in staying proactive, communicating clearly, and finding practical solutions that keep transactions moving forward whenever possible.
More Than Real Estate
Outside of real estate, I'm passionate about giving back to the communities I serve.
I'm honored to serve as a Board Director with the Lyon Area Chamber of Commerce, where I have the opportunity to support local businesses and contribute to the continued growth of our region.
I'm also incredibly proud to be the founder and president of Shoot for Life, a nonprofit organization dedicated to using archery as a tool for healing, mentorship, and community connection. Through events and partnerships, we've been able to support veterans, first responders, and families while building meaningful relationships throughout Michigan.
Those experiences continue to shape the way I approach my real estate business.
Success isn't measured solely by homes sold.
It's measured by the relationships built, the trust earned, and the positive impact left behind.
Looking Ahead
The real estate market continues to evolve.
Interest rates change.
Inventory shifts.
Technology advances.
Buyer expectations continue to grow.
Through every market cycle, my commitment remains the same:
Provide honest advice.
Stay educated.
Communicate often.
Protect my clients' best interests.
Never stop improving.
Being recognized as one of Livingston County's Top Agents Under 40 is not the finish line.
It's motivation to continue learning, serving, and delivering exceptional results for every client who places their trust in me.
